Flanges For Heating Element

• A heating element converts energy into heat through the process of resistive or Joule heating. Electric current passing through the element encounters resistance, resulting in the heating of the element.
• Brass flange heating elements designed for plug-in & quick access with Thermowatt Stem thermostats
• These tubular elements are welded into a flange making an immersion heater assembly. Normally an immersion heater assembly consists of heating elements, a flange or tube sheet, thermocouples, and its housing and bussing for the element circuit. To heat a fluid or gas directly, this heater assembly can be bolted into the tank or can be mounted into a pressure vessel.

Mini Ball Valve

Mini Brass Ball Valves are ideal for use in small, confined spaces, where larger valves are of no use. Installation is made easy with a choice of female x female or male x female process connections. It provides broad media compatibility and bubble-tight shutoff. A double-seal system allows the valve to be operated in both directions.

Service: Gases and liquids compatible with wetted materials. Not rated for steam use.

End Connections: NPT,

Pressure Limits:-29" Hg to 450 psi (-736 mm Hg to 31 bar) (CWP).

Temperature Limits:-4 to 250ºF (-20 to 121ºC).
